Two Twelve Referral Network runs this portal so members, team leadership and guests can keep track of meetings, referrals and events. This page explains what we collect, why, who helps us run it, and how to ask for a copy or deletion of your information.
What we collect
We only collect what the network uses to run teams and meetings:
- Members: name, email, business name, professional classification, headshot, team, role and portal login history.
- Referrals: who passed a referral to whom, its status, notes, and the revenue a member reports when it closes.
- Meetings: attendance, substitutes, and weekly numbers your team reports. When you check in at a meeting, your device may share its location once so we can confirm you are at the venue; we do not track location after that.
- Guests: the name, email, phone, business and classification you enter when you sign in at a meeting, plus who invited you.
- Events: the details you give when you register or check in, and payment status if an event is paid.
- Documents and suggestions you upload or submit in the portal.
How we use it
To run meetings, credit referrals and attendance, follow up with guests, send meeting and event reminders, and report team numbers to network leadership. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.
Member names, businesses and teams are visible to other signed-in members in the directory, because connecting members is the point of the network. Guest contact details are visible only to team leadership and network staff.
Who helps us run the portal
These service providers process data on our behalf and only for running the portal:
- Supabase: database, sign-in and file storage.
- Vercel: hosting.
- Postmark and Resend: sign-in, reminder and notification emails.
- Stripe: payments, when an event or fee is paid online. We never see or store full card numbers.
How long we keep it
Membership, referral and attendance records are kept while a team is active so history and compensation stay accurate. When someone leaves, their record is archived rather than shown in the directory. Guest sign-ins are kept so teams can follow up and avoid duplicate records.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Members can update their own profile under Edit profile. For anything else, contact Will Sigmon, System Administrator, or Carter Helms, Regional Director. We may keep a minimal record where it is needed for referral or payment history.
To stop meeting or event reminder emails, ask your team leadership or the contacts above.
Security
Access is invite-only, records are protected by database row-level security, and leadership can only manage the teams they lead. No system is perfect; if you think something is wrong, tell us right away.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
