These terms cover the Two Twelve member portal, meeting sign-in pages and event pages. By using them you agree to the points below.
Who can use the portal
The portal is for invited members, team leadership and network staff. Guest sign-in and event pages are open to anyone attending a meeting or event. Keep your login to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used it.
Using member information
Directory, referral and guest information is shared so members can refer business to each other. Do not copy it into other lists, use it for unrelated marketing, or share it outside the network.
What you enter
Enter referral revenue, attendance and guest details honestly; team numbers and compensation are calculated from them. Leadership may correct or archive records that are wrong or duplicated.
Availability
We work to keep the portal available and accurate, but it is provided as is. Numbers on dashboards are a working tool, not a financial statement.
Ending access
Access ends when membership ends or if the portal is misused. Your history stays with your team's records as described in the privacy policy.
